Talent Visa Club

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talent Visa Club (the “Service”)
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Talent Visa Club is a digital membership that provides:

  • access to a closed Telegram community,

  • educational materials, templates, examples, and guidance related to U.S. talent-based immigration categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW),

  • weekly live webinars and Q&A sessions,

  • optional access to third-party specialists (PR consultants, translators, etc.).

The Service does not provide legal advice, representation, or attorney services.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;

  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

  • not be located in a region prohibited by applicable sanctions or regulations.

4. Membership Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the private Telegram channel and materials.
Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or distributed.

The Company reserves the right to revoke access if misuse, sharing, or unauthorized distribution is detected.

5. No Legal Advice

Although the Service provides educational immigration materials, templates, and examples, we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
The Service does not create an attorney–client relationship.
All decisions regarding immigration strategy, document preparation, or submission remain your sole responsibility.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or connect you with:

  • PR specialists

  • professional translators

  • independent contractors

  • outside informational resources

These third parties are not employed or controlled by us.
We are not responsible for their actions, pricing, or outcomes.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paddle (or another payment processor).
By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method.

Prices may be updated at any time.

8. Refunds — All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

By purchasing access to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • the product is digital and considered “delivered” immediately once access to the Telegram community and materials is provided;

  • you lose your right to any refund once access is granted;

  • we do not issue refunds for:

    • change of mind;

    • dissatisfaction with content;

    • misunderstanding of the Service;

    • inability to access Telegram or other third-party platforms;

    • immigration outcomes or USCIS decisions;

    • partial use or non-use of the Service by you.

If your payment is processed by Paddle, you also agree to Paddle’s policies; however, the Company’s no-refund policy applies and supersedes, unless required otherwise by law.

By completing your purchase, you expressly accept this no-refund policy and waive any right to dispute the charge on this basis.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including templates, guides, videos, checklists, and written materials — is owned by the Company.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any of the materials without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • share or distribute Service materials;

  • provide access to other individuals;

  • attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary data;

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee immigration outcomes, results, or approvals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences related to use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
